I called my doctor's office a few weeks ago, trying to set up an ADHD screening. I tell them when I would like the appointment (after Thanksgiving). They tell me they can only make appointments 2 weeks out at most.

I think to myself "if I do indeed have ADHD, then they're lucky I remembered to call at all. They will be doubly lucky that I remember to call them at most 2 weeks from when I want my appointment."

So I set a reminder for this week.
