Might go to the International District for dumplings on Sunday. Evidently the restaurants in that area are suffering a plague of stupid customers. People are avoiding #seattle 's ID (aka Chinatown) because they're afraid of getting COVID-19.
You don't get C19 from eating Chinese food, but you sure can catch a plague of stupid from watching fox "news".

I heard a rumour that businesses in #Seattle's International District are suffering because of Covid-19 panic, so today I went to my fave (Ping's Dumpling House) for lunch. It was the quietest I've seen that place since it expanded.
If you're looking to eat out during this panic, please consider taking your business to a family-owned restaurant that's being hurt by the latest racist scare.

I tested the Seattle TSA with this presentation today.
Frisked, harassed, I think intentionally misgendered, forced through two scanners.
This is a very different experience from the usual conservative presentation
So, interesting thing to note. The Seattle TSA actively punishes trans folks for presenting as trans (which was my hypothesis).

Starting Feb 10, #Seattle will have 10 or more hours of daylight, and that's the end of the #PersephoneDays. With that much light, from this point forward all plants, trees and grasses start active growing cycles.
I gotta get it together to get some seeds started indoors, and figure out which seeds can go right into the ground outside. We've even got a couple of days of non-rain on the schedule.
Hey #Seattle are you missing a bike?
